- By submitting the Online Application Form through the project website, applicants grant permission to the Organiser to use the entries or any part thereof, excluding personal data, for the purposes relating to the Awards and its activities, including but not limited to publication and exhibition of the entries.
- Staff members of the Organiser and their family members will not be eligible to submit entry for the Awards.
- The Organiser reserves the right to decline any submission or disqualify any winning entry if the entry violates the “Rules and Regulations” of the Awards or imposes a negative image to the Organiser or the Awards. All results are subject to the final decision of the Final Judging Panel and the Organiser.
- The Organiser reserves the right of not awarding any of the Awards if no winner is considered eligible or worthwhile for an Award.
- The Organiser reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the Awards due to any unforeseeable circumstances.
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend the “Rules and Regulations” if necessary, without any notification in advance.
